OVER THE HILL ATHLETE

STRONG. FIT. CAPABLE- AT ANY AGE

The Truth About Midlife Fitness

Getting older doesn’t mean slowing down — it means training smarter.
With the right approach, you can rebuild strength, boost energy, move better, and feel confident again.

Too many people wait until a health scare or injury gives them a wake-up call.
But lasting health doesn’t start with fear — it starts with a choice.
A small, consistent effort today can transform how you look, move, and feel for decades to come.

My Belief

I believe we’re all meant to be athletes.
You don’t have to compete to be one — being an athlete simply means being strong, capable, and ready for life.

In your 40s, 50s, and beyond, you should absolutely be able to do things that require strength, balance, and endurance.
That’s what true fitness is about — staying ready for the life you want to live.

My Approach

At Over The Hill Athlete, I help men and women in midlife build strength, mobility, and confidence — without spending endless hours in the gym.

My programs focus on real-life fitness:

Short, effective workouts that fit your schedule

Guidance on recovery, nutrition, and daily habits

Coaching that keeps you accountable and motivated

Because fitness in midlife isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about progress, consistency, and freedom to do the things you love.

About Me

Hi, I’m Chris — a 55-year-old coach and lifelong fitness enthusiast.
After years of training and helping others rediscover their strength, I’ve learned that staying fit as we age isn’t about extreme workouts or strict diets.
It’s about sustainable movement, smart training, and a mindset that says, “I’m not done yet.”

My mission is simple: help you feel strong, athletic, and capable — no matter your age.
