So, who am I?
My name is Coach Chris. I was born in 1970, and at 55 years old, I’m still chasing strength, learning new skills, and pushing myself to stay athletic.
I’ve spent over 15 years helping adults build strength, move better, and stay active—but just as important, I live the same lifestyle I teach.
Too often, fitness for people over 40 focuses on training to just manage decline.
But I believe something different.
I believe getting older doesn’t mean becoming fragile.
It means training smarter, staying consistent, and continuing to challenge yourself.
There’s a gap in the fitness world for adults over 40 and 50.
Many programs focus only on appearance or injury prevention. While those things matter, they miss something important—athletic capability.
Strength. Mobility. Confidence. The ability to keep doing hard things.
That’s the gap I work to fill.
My focus isn’t just helping people look better—it’s helping them stay capable, strong, and athletic for life.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with adults of all fitness levels—from beginners just getting started to experienced individuals who want to keep pushing their limits.
My training focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and helping people maintain the ability to move confidently and independently as they age.
I’m still challenging myself to learn new skills, build strength, and stay capable.
I believe age should never be used as an excuse to stop growing—it should be a reason to keep pushing forward.
My mission is simple:
To help adults in their 40's and 50's stay strong, capable, and athletic—so they can keep doing the things they love for years to come.
If this is the type of training you're looking for, I invite you to join the Over The Hill Athlete Community.
Inside, you'll get the same style of strength, mobility, and athletic training I use myself and with my clients—designed to help you stay strong, capable, and athletic as you get older.
